Great news!
Bees are back at Liss Ard Estate -- which is fantastic for Sally's Garden and the rest of the grounds, as they're the best pollinators out there.
Niall Dignan, our local West Cork honey producer, has installed 8 hand-crafted hives behind the wall of Sally's Garden. The garden is already buzzing with activity as Liss Ard's latest residents explore their new surroundings. It's a wonderful addition to the Estate... and we're all excited to get our first taste of Liss Ard produced honey next season.
